I’m Rainbow and this is some of my work in Learning Design. I’ve worked in education & the not-for-profit sectors for nearly a decade as a professional learning specialist, capability coach, counsellor, grant writer and educator. Right now, I’m really drawn towards the dynamic world of L&D, and Instructional Design.

As a person driven by Empathy, Connectedness and Individualisation, I am a firm believer of creating education with impact. I’m also all about pumping up the creativity and innovation to making effective and engaging learning experiences.
